10 year wait for Amy Grant’s new album is over
Amy Grant, one of the Christian world’s most successful female artists, has made us wait 10 years for her new album. The new album entitled “Things that Matter” is said to be vibrant, with upbeat songs that carry a message this this world desperately needs. The album is said to be released on May 14th.

Skillet set to Rise in June
The new album from Skillet is coming after their smash hit “Awake”. Critics are looking out for this album as it has been said to be something different. Skillet is looking at widening their music spectrum with this new album. The 3.8 million Facebook fans are no doubt waiting in anticipation for the album to drop on June 25th. A single will be released later this month, keep an eye here for more information.


Matt Redman’s "10 000 Reasons" as good as gold
The newest song of Matt Redman off his latest solo album has officially gone gold. The song has won Matt 2 Grammy awards; it has maintained a 16 week run at number 1 on the Christian Radio; and remained at the top of the Christian Billboard for a massive four months.


Building 429 to release new album
Good news for all those Building 429 fans. The new album entitled “We won’t be shaken” will hit shelves o June 4th. Following their previous successful albums, the band has kept their style firmly in this album. For those who have seen the band live on their tour recently would have heard singles from the upcoming album. Responses have been positive. So keep an eye out for that on June 4th.

Hawk Nelson Made to stun
The new release entitled “Made” has received great acclaim and it has only been in stores for a week. The album debuted at number 2 on the iTunes Christian and Gospel chart and critics have said that this is one of Hawk Nelson greatest achievements to date. With the help of Bart Millard (MercyMe), the single “Words” has reached number 1 on Hot AC for the third week in a row.



Grace Unplugged set to plug you back into faith based film
Faith, love and reconciliation is the name of the game for this new film. Trying to make it in the music scene isn’t easy and this movie depicts the struggles and triumphs that many artists have to go through to get to the top. The film is backed by Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions. The backing should prove to produce a quality film. In cinemas October 13th.

Let It Be Known that Worship Central is doing well
The latest hit single from Worship Central has proven to be a hit in all corners of the world. The new single has spent two weeks at the top of the UK charts and doesn’t seem to be losing traction. The song has encouraged Tim Hughes and the rest of the leadership at Worship Central to post more new videos on the internet for the fans that want to praise and worship from the comfort of their home.

House of Heroes to release compilation
The acclaimed band is said to be releasing a new album this month. Their latest album “Cold Hard Want” was only released a few months ago. This new project of theirs will be a compilation of new songs, covers and B-Sides. The new album will be sporting a large 19 strong track list. This is all happening in conjunction with their tour dates.

The Afters are after a top spot on the charts
“Life is Beautiful” is the foursome’s new studio album and it has been anticipated since the previous success of “Light up the sky” in 2010. The title track of the album was featured in the film October baby, which also received great success. The first hit single of the track “Every Good Thing” has already received great attention and many stations are playing it on their charts. The album looks to be one to look out for when it is released on April 16th.

Citizens making waves in the music neighbourhood
The band out of Mars Hill Church in America has burst onto the scene since their debut EP at the beginning of the year. Partnering with Tooth and Nail records the band has released a self titled LP. The LP has already shot to the top of the iTunes chart and is said to stay there for some time to come. Citizens’ high energy and hymn-like lyrics make them a great match for most.
